EAT HEALTHY & SPEAK ITALIAN

What better way to learn a language than to combine it to the kitchen? It is the brilliant idea of IACE, the Italian American Committee on Education to encourage the study of the United States.
Before the summer break more than 500 students had followed the lessons of the past "Eat healthy & Speak Italian". "The goal is to learn the ABC of cooking and the importance of fresh ingredients for a healthy diet." So ambitious a dual purpose: not only learn the language but to teach the culture of Italian food, and more generally to the culture, since in Italian cuisine is also synonymous with culture, and healthy eating.
